What if I Change My Mind After Purchasing?Updated 9 days ago

We stock several brands that each have their own change of mind return policy. They’re as follows: 

Walking Pad/Reebok: 

You can return your product within 28 days if you change your mind. Costs of delivery are not covered, and all returning packages must be shipped using the return label from the carrier or some other form of traceable shipment. Product must be unused, in original packaging. A 15% restocking fee applies.  

LSG: 

LSG products come with a 30-day change of mind return policy. Again, item must be unused, in original packaging. It also includes a 15% restocking fee and return shipping is at the customer’s expense.  

All other brands: 

For all other products, there’s a 7-day change of mind policy with the same conditions.
