What If No One Is Home to Accept?Updated 3 days ago

We highly recommend placing your best contact number during the order process, in case where our courier needs to notify & schedule in a delivery day.

For standard deliveries, a tracking number will be emailed to you so you can monitor your order’s progress. If no one is home when the courier attempts delivery, they may leave the item at the premises if it is a small to mid-sized package, deemed safe to do so, and Authority to Leave (ATL) has been provided. Otherwise, the courier will leave a card, email, or SMS with instructions to reschedule. If no response is received within a few days, the item may be returned to our warehouse, and additional fees will apply for re-delivery. For larger items, the courier may call prior to delivery; however, this cannot be guaranteed.


Items shipped with Australia Post will be taken to your Local Post Office for collection, re-delivery is not possible with Australia Post. Re-delivery fees will apply if item is returned to us due to failed collection.

For Express Deliveries, once your order has been processed, you’ll receive an email with a booking link to confirm your preferred delivery date and time. Delivery will not proceed until this confirmation is received. If we don’t receive a response, our team will follow up via email and place the delivery on hold.

If you’re expecting next-day delivery, please check your inbox (including junk or spam folders) promptly to avoid delays. Express orders will not be dispatched without confirmed booking.

If no one is home at the confirmed delivery time, the item will be returned to our warehouse and additional fees will apply for re-delivery.

Room of Choice Deliveries require pre-booking, similar to Express Delivery. You will be sent a delivery form via email to confirm any site access details, such as the number of stairs, presence of pets, or other potential hazards.

The delivery will not be scheduled until this form is completed. If we do not receive a response, our team will follow up via phone or email.

If a delivery has been confirmed and no one is home at the agreed time, the item will be returned to our warehouse and additional re-delivery fees will apply.
