Depending on the issue, we may organise a courier pickup or provide a pre-paid return label (e.g., via Australia Post). You may need to drop the product off at a local depot or post office, depending on size and carrier.
If you’re near one of our warehouses (NSW & VIC only), you can drop it off yourself (providing you’ve lodged a case with us first).
