You must provide proof of purchase (invoice or paid order confirmation) and photos or videos of the issue to help our Technical Support team evaluate your warranty claim.

Is There a Cost for Technician Callouts?

Yes. While warranty covers parts replacement, it does not include call-out fees. Labour or on-site services may incur additional costs and may not be available in all regions.

Will I Receive a New Product or a Refurbished One?

Depending on availability and the nature of the fault, ActiveGo may provide refurbished parts or a replacement product from our current range, which may differ slightly in size or specs from the original.

What Happens if a Fault Occurs After the Warranty Period?

If your issue arises after the warranty period or falls under exclusions, repairs and parts may still be available, but charges will apply.

I Bought an ActiveGo Product Second-Hand. Does Warranty Still Apply?

Warranty only applies if you’ve purchased directly from ActiveGo, and if you are the original purchaser. Warranty is not transferable past the point of purchase.
