When Will My Assembly be Scheduled?Updated 6 hours ago

If you purchased assembly separately (not as part of a "Room of Choice + Install" service), your order will be sent to our installers, who will contact you directly to arrange a date and time. 

  • If your order hasn't been delivered yet, the installers will provide their contact details so you can reach out once the item arrives.
  • If you picked up your order, installers typically get in touch within 48 hours (during non-peak times) after the job has been lodged. Assembly is usually scheduled within 7 days, though this may take longer in rural or regional areas. 

If you haven't heard from the installers, feel free to contact us and we'll follow up on your behalf.
