Yes. Full payment for assembly services must be received and cleared by ActiveGo before any assembly work can begin. This includes any additional charges for custom solutions that may arise.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. If no cancellation notice is provided and the assembler arrives at your location, a call-out fee equal to one hour of service will be charged.
ActiveGo arranges for licensed third-party assemblers to carry out the service.
You’ll need to be present to provide access to the installation site at the scheduled time and to make sure the space is clean, safe and ready for assembly. There must be enough room and clearance for the assembler to work efficiently and safely.
Assemblers will place packaging in a designated area on your property. If a skip bin is arranged in advance and is located within 4 metres of your property, packaging can be placed inside the skip.

If the issue is with the product, contact ActiveGo directly. For poor workmanship, assemblers will undertake remedial work if reported within 7 days of completion.
Room of choice delivery will bring the package into your home, up a maximum of 25 steps, and no further than 2 flights of stairs (provided it is safe to do so). Standard room of choice delivery will not include any installation or unpacking.
